Crab Alfredo for Dinner!!!!!

So yesterday was a pretty busy day for me. It seems I always have to rush even with immense planning, Kids had a 2 hour delay because of the snow and it was -1 degree. Gotta love it, right? NOT, I hate snow. Makes me miss the beach. Warm sun, Sand  in my toes and the crashing of the waves.....I can hear it sometimes when I close my eyes. It was very therapeutic. In the midst of this 2 hr delay I also had a Dr appt. All went well but the hardest part is that all 3 kids go to different schools and have different pick up times. Non the less, we got it done. I went grocery shopping and got ingredients for dinner. Man was it good. Bow tie pasta with homemade Alfredo sauce, Crab and spinach.....It was amazing! Kids gobbled it up! I always love when I can incorporate a food like spinach into a meal. It works best in a sauce and the kids cant even tell its in there but they get to eat such an amazing veggie that they would otherwise not eat. Today I have nothing to do....some moderate house work but that's nothing and then its R&R before the weekend hits and the kiddos are back to running around like crazeees!!
